In Zen Buddhism, the Ensō is a circle drawn in a single gesture, without corrections. It is not revised. It is not adjusted.
And it is right there, in its unique, imperfect, incomplete stroke, that its perfection lies.Many people ask me if my name is ENSO. No. ENSO is the name of the studio.
And I didn't choose it because of fashion, or because it sounds good. I chose it because it contains all the philosophy with which I work. Because what we do here goes beyond a photo.ENSO represents five principles. And each one lives in every session:
The present moment.
Here we do not come to recreate what others have done.
We come to inhabit the moment that only you can live.
When I tell you: "think of your baby...", I am inviting you to come in.
To be here. To be now. To leave out the nets, the fears, the judgments.
And it shows in every image.The beauty of emptiness.
You don't need to fill your session with stuff on set.
Nor fill your face with fake smiles.
The real beauty is in leaving space. In letting be. In not forcing.
What is not said also speaks.
And that's part of the magic.The balance between control and fluidity.

Desde niño sentí una gran conexión con las artes visuales. Aunque el camino me llevó por otros rumbos profesionales, fue la fotografía quien me devolvió a ese lugar de autenticidad y expresión.
Hoy, como fotógrafo profesional en Houston, junto a mi esposa Estefani damos vida a ENSO, fusionando sensibilidad plástica y técnica fotográfica para crear retratos que conectan con el alma, mientras ella acompaña a cada familia durante toda la experiencia, cuidando con naturalidad cada detalle.
Nos especializamos en fotografía de maternidad, newborn y retrato artístico, desarrollando un estilo visual que combina elegancia, emoción y una estética muy definida, casi gráfica.

At Enso Photography Houston, we are driven by the idea of providing you with a unique and personalized experience, guiding you from start to finish throughout the creative process to bring your vision to life. We are a studio that works with limited spaces and, therefore, our schedules fill up quickly.
We recommend contacting us several months in advance to reserve your session. If you decide to schedule at the last minute, contact us anyway: we may have a space available at the last minute, although we do not recommend it.
Important Note: Maternity Session
Reserve between 24 and 30 weeks of gestation. In this period, the belly looks beautiful but is not as heavy, and it is less likely to appear swelling in feet, face or nose, something common in later stages. You will be more comfortable and more mobile.
Sessions usually last between 2 and 3 hours and a half.We collaborate with you step by step, giving space for creativity and allowing breaks for you to rest. In this way, we take care of every detail without making you feel exhausted.
